Returns & Refund Policy

At The Protein Club, we are committed to delivering premium-quality protein products with the highest standards of freshness, safety and integrity.

Due to the perishable nature of our meat and food products, returns are strictly limited in accordance with UAE food safety regulations and UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Decree Law No. 15 of 2020).


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or refunds only where products are:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect items supplied

  • Defective or unfit for consumption upon arrival

We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, dietary changes, or incorrectly placed orders.


Reporting a Concern

If you believe your order is eligible for review, you must:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging

  • Include your order number

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review due to food safety standards.
