At The Protein Club, we are committed to delivering high-quality protein snacks and fresh halal meat products safely and efficiently across Dubai and the UAE.

Please review the information below regarding delivery times, fees, and conditions.


1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

If your area is not listed, please contact us before placing your order.


2. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be processed the following business day.

For subscription boxes:

  • Orders are prepared according to your selected delivery schedule (weekly or fortnightly).


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Dubai: 1–2 business days

  • Other Emirates: 2–3 business days

Fresh meat subscriptions are delivered on scheduled delivery days to ensure maximum freshness.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


4. Delivery Fees

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

We may offer:

  • Free delivery for orders above a certain value

  • Promotional free delivery during campaigns

Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly displayed before payment.


5. Fresh & Temperature-Controlled Items

Our fresh halal meat products are:

  • Supplied by a premium Dubai butcher with over 25 years of experience

  • Packed and transported using appropriate chilled handling procedures

Please ensure someone is available to receive chilled deliveries. We are not responsible for product quality if deliveries are left unattended at the customer’s request.


6. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unavailability at the delivery location

  • Refusal to accept the order

Additional redelivery charges may apply.


7. Order Tracking

Where applicable, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

For subscription deliveries, we will notify you ahead of your scheduled delivery date.


8. Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather

  • Public holidays

  • Courier issues

We appreciate your understanding and will communicate any significant delays.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review and resolve promptly.
